Terri L. Cornelison, M.D., Ph.D., FACOG
Assistant Professor
Dr. Cornelison received her bachelor of arts from Bryn Mawr College. She went on to receive her medical degree from Yale University and her Ph.D. from George Washington University. She then completed her residency in gynecology and obstetrics at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston and her fellowship in gynecnologic oncology at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in New York.
Dr. Cornelison is now an Assistant Professor in Gynecologic Oncology in the Kelly Gynecologic Oncology Service and the Johns Hopkins Ovarian Cancer Center of Excellence. Her primary responsibilitiesare at the National Cancer Institute (NCI), where she serves as the program director of the Breast and Gynecologic Cancer Research Group in the Division of Cancer Prevention. Her focus is on overseeing clinical trials dealing with the prevention or early detetction of gynecologic malignancies.
