Consultative Services
We provide consultation to referring physicians and patients for known or suspected fetal abnormalities at either of the above locations. Consultations for non-ultrasound related obstetrical medical conditions as well as routine OB care are available at Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center, Johns Hopkins at Greenspring Station and Howard County General Hospital. In addition, consultative services are available at locations throughout the state of Maryland through the David A. Nagey Perinatal Outreach Program.


First time routine appointments
If you are scheduled for a first time routine appointment, bring to your first visit:

• Medical insurance card(s)
  
  
• Insurance referrals from primary care physicians. This information MUST be available at the time of the first appointment.

First time appointments/consultations for known or suspected high risk maternal or fetal conditions:
Be sure to fax the following to your office location and/or bring to your first visit:

• Pertinent Medical Records
  
  
• Ultrasound reports and films if available
  
  
• Medical insurance card(s)
