Yulian Zhao, M.D., Ph.D., HCLD Assistant Professor of Gynecology & Obstetrics Director, ART Laboratories Dr. Yulian Zhao obtained her Medical Degree in 1983 and Ph.D. in 1990 at Harbin Medical University, China. Her postdoctoral training was conducted at Babraham Research Institute, Cambridge, and University of Nottingham, England. After working at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine and Duke University Medical Center, she joined NCCRM, Talbert Fertility Institute. Dr. Zhao is currently an Assistant Professor of Gynecology and Obstetrics, and the ART Laboratory Director in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Zhao has been a recipient of several academic awards including the "National Research Service Award" from NIH; award for "Distinguished Physiological Thesis" from the Chang Xijun Foundation, and award for "Distinguished Achievement in Research on Reproductive Sciences". She has authored over 30 peer-reviewed articles and delivered over 20 presentations at professional conferences internationally. Her professional interest focuses on assisted reproductive technologies and ovarian endocrinology. Dr. Zhao's office is located at the Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center and our ART Laboratories offer all aspects of services for infertility patients.
